Kenneth Hutchinson has extensive experience and knowledge of electric systems as it relates to the foodservice industry. Nearly half his 34 year career at a large power company was spent working closely with the foodservice industry.

BS in Agricultural Engineering with a Minor in Electrical Engineering

promote cooking sales.

Melanie Ervin brings to the Electric Foodservice Council a variety of work experience including office and account management.  She has expansive skills in the customer service area having worked in the banking and insurance environments.  Melanie has had several years experience with publishing Newsletters and other periodicals.  She is available at the hours listed above to help direct you with any question you may have about the Council and looks forward to assisting you.

Melanie considers her family to be her most important entity.  She loves devoting her extra time to her three small grandchildren.  When she is not at work as manager of the EFC office on a  part-time basis, Melanie enjoys scrapbooking, painting, and sewing.
