With all of the standard features of the standard Ultrafryer Model F, the S & SC models feature a number of convenient extras that can make life much easier for everyone using it. The vats include a bottom pressure sweeper to completely remove shortening debris. The filter tub, which still stores neatly beneath the fryer when not in use, has been improved to include a breading strainer, shortening flow diverter, a shortening splashguard at the front to minimize spills and include guide rails that locate it at the left side of the fryer under the central drain trough.

The systems allows hands-free filtering. The addition of the SC features automatic vat cleaner with its beneath fryer accessory storage allows hands-free vat cleaning.
